​The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading Advisory business and they are looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in Poland.Key Responsibilities:Actively participate in M&A transactionsContribute to client relationships and stakeholder managementPrepare financial models and transaction documents, and deliver client materialsSupport new business development by generating leads and preparing pitchesLead in-house financial model development, valuation assignments, and team growth effortsKey Requirements:Native-like fluency in Polish (or any other CEE local language).
