As a Senior Aseptic Manufacturing Specialist, you will take part in innovation projects and provide support with specialist knowledge within aseptic manufacturing and processes.You will work across our global manufacturing network supporting both current sites upgrades, site expansion projects and future technology projects. You will collaborate with a wide range of Novo Nordisk colleagues, external specialist, suppliers, and partners.Your main task will be to support innovation projects with knowledge of aseptic manufacturing and processes. This includes:Contributing to the strategic direction for the area and defining purpose and scope for projects.Training and mentoring colleagues in aseptic manufacturing and facilitating problem solving.Taking part in global process group work and analyzing signals and new requirements.Reviewing proposals and solutions from internal or external stakeholders.Defining strategy, objectives and scope for projects.Please note that this is a global role, so you can expect 30-50 international travel days each year to our sites and suppliers.Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:An academic degree within technical sciences.At least 8 years of experience with aseptic manufacturing and processes, e.g. formulation, wash & sterilisation, filling, and inspection.A global and innovate mindset with ability to think out of the box.Ability to collaborate with people with diverse backgrounds.Good communication skills and professional proficiency in English.On a personal level, you are ambitious and a dedicated team player who inspires trust among colleagues and stakeholders. You should be motivated by building a strong network with your stakeholders.About the department
In the Aseptic Manufacturing, Technology and Innovation, Engineering, we drive innovation and develop technologies to prepare Novo Nordisk Aseptic Manufacturing for the future. We scale our production to serve more patients through a compliant and efficient production network on the forefront of technology.We are responsible for development of equipment and systems from ideation until the first successful pilot implementation. Our skills include aseptic manufacturing and process expertise, mechanical design, automation, robotics, modelling, simulation, and equipment validation. We are responsible for a Development Test Center in Kalundborg and an Innovation lab in Bagsværd. Out team currently counts app. 50 employees plus students and consultants. We are an engaged, diverse, and international team working primarily from our offices in Bagsværd, Gentofte and Kalundborg.
