For our Client, GBS from one of the top in the industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior AP Specialists with English who will take part in the standarisation after transition processes.Responsibilities:

• processing invoices (payments/ pre-payments) and preparing payment proposals (scheduled, automated run),
• performantion of PTP reconciliations and period end close activities,
• recording of PO and non PO invoices, trigger approvals and schedule payments,
• cooperation with other financial departments and with local markets,
• communication with business partners and third parties as needed to resolve invoice inquiries, discrepancies and approvals,
• management of vendor master data,
• parform in SOX controls proces,
• reconciliation of vendor statements,
• monitoring blocked items on daily basis,
• participation in process transition,
• participation in the automation and standardization of financial processes.

Requirements:

• 3,5+ years of experience in simiar role,
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance,
• high business culture and communication skills,
• analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
• willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
• fluent in English (at least B2),
• knowledge of US GAAP (preferred),
• experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset.
