The Global IM Deliver team is seeking a seasoned Senior Analyst in Business Intelligence to support our mission of enhancing distribution, transportation, and customer services through data-driven insights. This role requires a technical professional with a strong understanding of business product ownership and a passion for analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement strategic plans to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) essential to the Business Intelligence function within the Global IM Deliver department.

o Leverage data from various systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS, to provide insightful analyses that will inform business and product decisions.

o Collaborate with the Data Science and Technologies team to focus on building impactful analytics solutions that drive operational efficiencies and business improvements.

o Conduct modeling and simulation exercises, including network analysis, capacity planning, and cost simulation, to understand and optimize our distribution and transportation networks.

o Integrate methodologies based on the analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors to continually refine and enhance the organizations BI strategy.

o Assist in the development and execution of innovative initiatives and programs to advance Business Intelligence capabilities within the organization.

o Evaluate and recommend new vendors, tools, and systems to support the BI function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

o Coach and mentor junior colleagues in BI techniques, processes, and responsibilities to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

o Uphold Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all interactions, ensuring a collaborative and values-driven working environment.

Qualifications

o Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

o Proven experience in a Business Intelligence role, preferably within a distribution or supply chain context.

o Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methods, as well as experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.

o Experience with modeling and simulation techniques relevant to network analysis and capacity planning.

o Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex analyses in a clear and effective manner to various stakeholders.

o Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
