Job description

We are currently looking for a “Senior Analyst/Developer” to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.Are you passionate about leveraging technology to support impactful initiatives within the European Union? Join our team as a Senior Analyst/Developer, where you’ll drive the development of essential applications, contributing to projects that make a difference.Responsabilities:

• Lead full-stack development across multiple applications, including the recommendations repository, SME support portal, and candidate management system.
• Conduct technical analysis, design software architecture, and maintain robust applications for optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts and system architects, to align on requirements and ensure seamless application functionality.
• Maintain high-quality code and implement automated testing to meet rigorous standards.

Technical skills:

• Languages & Frameworks: Java 8, Angular (versions 5 and 7), Spring 5, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), and CSS.

• Development Tools: IntelliJ IDEA 18, Git, Maven.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Experience with JUnit, Mockito, PowerMock, Selenium.
• Database & Server Management: Oracle 11, Oracle WebLogic 12.1.3.
• Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/SCRUM frameworks.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• At least 6 years’ experience in application development, with demonstrated expertise in integration and data analysis.
• Experience with public sector projects or large-scale, data-intensive environments is a plus.
• English mandatory.
