Role Overview

The company is expanding its Personal Electronics Solutions team and is looking for a Senior Analog / Mixed-Signal IC Layout Designer to support next-generation PMIC and power IC development. The role is hands-on and performance-critical, working closely with analog, digital, and mixed-signal designers across international design teams.

Key Responsibilities

-Design high-quality analog and mixed-signal IC layouts including bandgaps, bias circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, amplifiers, LDOs, switch-mode regulators, and battery chargers
-Collaborate closely with circuit designers to optimise performance, matching, noise, and reliability
-Apply best-in-class layout techniques for precision analog and power circuits
-Run and debug physical verification flows including DRC, LVS, ERC, extraction, and reliability checks
-Identify and resolve layout-related issues throughout the development cycle
-Contribute to layout reviews and continuous improvement of layout methodologies
Requirements

-Minimum 6 years’ experience in analog or mixed-signal IC layout
-Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and advanced analog layout techniques
-Extensive experience with Cadence Virtuoso (XL, analog router)
-Hands-on experience with Calibre tools including DRC, LVS, ERC, ANT, PERC, extraction, and EM analysis
-Strong knowledge of matching techniques, shielding, ESD, latch-up prevention, electromigration, high-voltage and power FET layout, and multi-well isolation
-Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Nice to Have

-Experience working in a Linux-based design environment
-Scripting or programming skills such as Cadence SKILL, Python, or C++
-Exposure to digital or mixed-signal digital layout
-Experience working in distributed or multicultural engineering teams
-Strong written and spoken English
