Our client provides ultra-low-power radio IPs and solutions for various standards and applications such as Bluetooth, ZigBee, GNSS, Internet-of-Things (IoT)

For their products development, they are looking for innovative IC designers, who share a passion for bringing new wireless technologies to the rapidly growing market.

Candidates must be experts in the field of Analog/Mixed-Signal IC and be able to interactively collaborate with other team members. The main objective of the job is to design and develop circuits and/or system architectures for new products. Candidates must have a strong drive to deliver results and have the ability to work on project-by-project basis.

Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience and proven track record in the Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design.
Well experienced in design of Analog/Mixed-Signal circuits and systems subject to one or more of the following blocks: ADC/DAC, switched-capacitor filter, gm-C/RC filter, LDO, opamp, and band-gap reference.
Extensive knowledge and experience of relevant CAD tools and IC design verification methodology.
Good communication, reporting and presentation skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL)

Experienced in top-level schematic and layout design.
Experienced in physical design and verification including LVS, DRC, Density, DFM, Antenna fixes, ESD, signal integrity, and electro-migration.
Knowledgeable in modeling Analog circuits and hardware description languages such as Verilog-A.
Experienced in digital implementation.
Skilled at scripting and automation using Unix/Linux shell, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Based on your qualifications, you can expect to have one or more of the following roles:

1. Performing detailed transistor-level circuit design, including design capture, simulation, layout design, layout guidance, and design documentation.
2. Designing and developing system architecture for ultra-low-power Analog applications.
3. Translating system-level requirements to block-level specifications.
4. Participating in system-level modeling and simulation design activities.
5. Design verification of new architectures and circuits such as filter, ADC, etc.
6. Validating IC design by laboratory tests and measurements.
7. Supporting product engineering to meet volume production needs.
8. Supporting application engineering to meet customer needs.
