In this specific role you will work for the Tribe FEC Tech as a Senior Agile coach. Together with the Area coaches and the Tribe Leaderschip team at FEC Tech you facilitate the creation of an effective scaled Agile environment. From Senior leadership to Scrum Masters and Product Owners; you coach, consult and guide on what is needed to further develop Rabobank into a professional Agile organization at scale.As a Senior Tribe Agile coach you are part of the Tribe FEC Tech. You work in this Domain and coach your stakeholders in their strategical and tactical challenges. As an Agile coach you require a strong conceptual knowledge of Agile, a collaborative and proactive attitude, good coaching skills and a helicopter view. You actively work on further embedding and developing the Simplify@Scale framework for Rabobank and on specific coach assignment within our Domain.FEC TechWe drive FEC innovation to protect our society, customers, and bank. FEC Tech is responsible for process automation and innovation across the FEC domain, including overall IT system support. Main focus is to lead model development and workflow tooling improvement for CDD, TM, Sanctions, and External Fraud.Assignment examplesImplementing the Simplify@Scale heartbeat on all levels of the Domain and helping triangles (leadership) with their roles and responsibilities in the heartbeat eventsGuiding and supporting Product Owners on all levels to improve their Product management skills and vision and quantifying & measuring business valueContinuous improvement of refinement and backlog management on all levelsYou & your talent:Academic working and thinking level.You have experience with scaled Agile (preferably Simplify@Scale)You are an expert in Agile and contribute from your coaching skillsYou master the English language.
