The factory, which has been operating since 2017 and employs over 300 people, produces turbine blades for the LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines. In 2023, together with the French branch, a Research and Development Center was established in Rzeszów. Over 250 engineers will be employed here. • Language: English, B2
• Master degree in engineering
• Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, “can-do” attitude and decision-making skills
• In-depth understanding of thermal and fluid mechanics theory
• Professional experience within aero engineering, fluid mechanics, engine performance
• CFD simulation experience (Ansys FLUENT or other)

Responsibilities:

• Run technical analyses & justifications and develop other members of the team by providing technical expertise in area of responsibility
• Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from R&D office at various stages of the project, conceptual to change in definition
• Supporting Technical Leader in agreeing the new activities, defining deadlines, tracking and reporting work progress in direct contact with internal stakeholders
• Support definition of roadmap for development of team and its competences
