We are inviting applications for a Senior Administrator within the Pain Centre Versus Arthritis Team based in Academic Rheumatology within Injury, Recovery & Inflammation Sciences.
Acting as a central contact point for the Centre, you will provide efficient administrative support for the Pain Centre Versus Arthritis and its projects. You will manage a variety of relationships with a range of stakeholders.
The Senior Administrator will work closely with the Co-Director of the Pain Centre Versus Arthritis project and will be responsible for the organisation of meetings and events, maintaining websites, assisting with the preparation of grant applications and reports, liaising with academics and members of the public and general administrative duties.
We are seeking an enthusiastic team worker who has the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have significant office experience and will be friendly, proactive and self-motivated. You will be resilient and not fazed by changing priorities.
The post is based in Academic Rheumatology, Clinical Sciences Building on the Nottingham City Hospital campus.

This position is offered as a part-time (21.75 hours), fixed term contract until 31st May 2026.
