Job Title: Senior AdministratorLocation: HuddersfieldSalary: c£25,000 per annumJob Type: PermanentJob Description:I am working with a Public Sector Organisation in Huddersfield who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organisation and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the organisation
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience working in a Public Sector Organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
