We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment.Job DescriptionWhat you will do in this role:

  • To be acountable of Polish subsidiary Trial Balance: Post JEs (accrauls, provisions, amortizations) and perform reconciliations to ensure the balance accuaracy. Support accountants on the operational tasks (Processing records related to Vendor and customers). Interacting with other departments on the execution of closing (ME) tasks.
  • Review and approve the accounting records to comply with IFRS.
  • Be a point of contact for the local Finance team.
  • Analysis of Balance Sheet variances. Support Local team on Monthly reporting.
  • Process monthly accounting adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the accounting information.
  • Perform and ensure all accounting tasks are completed according to group policies and local tax regulation.
  • Review and approve reconciliations, also elaborate those recs that require deeper accounting knowledge and skills.
  • Lead the implementation of financial and accounting projects: From the implementation of group policies and procedures, to the integration of new subsidiaries into the newly established Accounting Hub in Warsaw.

QualificationsWhat makes you a strong fit:

  • You have a strong academic background. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics is a must. An additional Master’s degree or accounting certification is preferred.
  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience working in Finance or Auditing departments.
  • You are native in Polish
  • You speak B2+ English – as all of our communications are in English.
  • You have been working with finance ERP (ideally Netsuite but not mandatory).
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • You exhibit a strong desire to deliver first class results; you have an analytical and process driven mindset.
  • You want to learn, develop yourself, actively propose improvements, and you’re meticulous. Like Sherlock Holmes, you are sensitive to even the smallest detail!
