Job Title, Summary & Role Information:
SAP Globalization (GLO) – Financials team is looking for an enthusiastic, insights-driven, and solution-oriented team player with good technical and communication skills to join their international team as a Senior Developer.
Expectations and Tasks:
We are looking for someone who can:
-Collaborate with other development teams to develop generic, reusable solutions that can be used across SAP Globalization Services.
-Analyze the requirements and prepare a solution proposal.
-Design, implement, and test solutions based on SAP’s programming model.
-Provide maintenance and corrections to keep our solutions up to date in accordance with customer feedback.
-Ensure high quality (create and execute test cases, reviews of specifications, design reviews, code reviews).
-Be an active member of an Agile (scrum) development team.
Experience (Role Requirements):
-Degree in engineering or a degree (MSc, PhD) in computer science or an equivalent subject.
-Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, especially in the scrum environment.
-Proficiency in software design principles and object-oriented programming.
-Strong database knowledge.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
-3+ years of relevant working experience.
Advantages:
-Knowledge of ABAP and CDS views.
-Knowledge of SAP Financials, with respect to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
