Job descriptionThis role involves helping students aged 9-19 with Learning Difficulties, Social Emotional & Mental Health Needs, and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties.🏫 About the Role:

• Location: Chobham, Surrey
• Daily Rate: £100 per day
• Contract Type: Long-Term
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals and groups of students, ensuring they stay on task and complete activities set by the teacher.
• Address behavioural and special needs issues in collaboration with the teacher.
• Assist the class teacher with implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Lead small groups of students in defined activities.
• Ensure the safety and access to learning activities for all pupils.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans

• Foster positive student-teacher relationships.

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD.
• Proven ability to manage challenging or confrontational behavior.
• Experience working with young people is a plus.
• Valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check registered on the update service.
• Own transport is ideal due to the school’s location.
