Job descriptionWe are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and assist children aged 3 – 19 years old with ASD, PMLD, and SLD in the SM4 area.🌟 Key Details:

• 📍 Location: SM4
• 📅 Start Date: ASAP start / September 2024
• 💷 Pay: Paid to scale
• 🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

👩‍🏫 About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support the educational, social, and emotional development of students with SEN.
• Provide individualized care and attention tailored to each student’s needs.
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning requirements.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.

🎓 Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in SEN are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and respond effectively to student needs.
