Looking for a job where you can truly make a difference?Teaching Personnel are currently working with schools within the Alford area that have a high need for SEN Education Specialists.As an SEN Education Specialist, you can engage one young person with their education, being 100% focused and bespoke to their needs and requirements.We’re looking for candidates from all walks of life, with a variety of experience engaging young people in their education, supporting them with their barriers to learning in the school environment.What does a typical day look like?

• Work with children who have SEN & SEMH needs
• Engage young people with a variety of barriers to their learning
• Inspire the hope for a better future

What are we looking for?

• Commitment and understanding of Safeguarding
• Experience in engaging young people with often complex & challenging behaviours
• Availability of 5 days per week
• Access to own transport and able to travel a 15-mile radius

Hours will be in line with School opening times (08:30-15:30) but days of work can be flexible, and occasionally just mornings or afternoons, but we will give you the opportunity to manage your own time around your own commitments.
