Looking for a job where you can truly make a difference?Teaching Personnel are currently working with schools within the Alford area that have a high need for SEN Education Specialists.As an SEN Education Specialist, you can engage one young person with their education, being 100% focused and bespoke to their needs and requirements.We’re looking for candidates from all walks of life, with a variety of experience engaging young people in their education, supporting them with their barriers to learning in the school environment.What does a typical day look like?
- Work with children who have SEN & SEMH needs
- Engage young people with a variety of barriers to their learning
- Inspire the hope for a better future
What are we looking for?
- Commitment and understanding of Safeguarding
- Experience in engaging young people with often complex & challenging behaviours
- Availability of 5 days per week
- Access to own transport and able to travel a 15-mile radius
Hours will be in line with School opening times (08:30-15:30) but days of work can be flexible, and occasionally just mornings or afternoons, but we will give you the opportunity to manage your own time around your own commitments.In return you will receive competitive salary paid weekly, without deductions or umbrella companies.
