This time, we’re on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join a vibrant team within the school’s resource base, dedicated to supporting children with learning difficulties and special educational needs, predominantly Autism.What we’re looking for:

  • Professional experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism.
  • A compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine passion for making a difference.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with students and colleagues alike.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support and guidance to students within the resource base, assisting with academic and personal development.
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Promoting inclusion and fostering a supportive learning environment where every child can flourish.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and expertise.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:15pm
