Teaching Personnel invites you to be part of our dynamic team as an SEN Teaching Assistant at a secondary site in FinchleyAbout the School: Our partner school is a distinguished SEN institution with a focus on nurturing students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and a significant number of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) students. The secondary site caters to students in the age group of 11-16, providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Working Hours:

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am to 3:15pm

Role Overview:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a key player in supporting the academic and personal development of students at the secondary site. Your responsibilities will include offering one-on-one assistance, facilitating classroom activities, and contributing to the positive learning atmosphere. The role comes with the potential for a permanent contract following a successful probation period, and the school is open to considering temporary staff with the option of a fixed-term contract.Qualifications and Skills: We are searching for individuals with:

• Previous experience in Special Education Needs (SEN) or relevant skills from related fields (e.g., Care or Support Workers).
• A genuine passion for fostering positive change in the lives of students.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
