Many of our students are in need of 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support them in their school life.Our students depend on the support of their SEN Teaching Assistant to access the curriculum but also to support their on-going emotional, social and mental health needs, as well as breaking down communication barriers so that every child is heard and included.Does this sound like the ideal role for you? • Providing support for pupils with Autism / ASC

SEN Teaching Assistant – Our ideal candidate:

• Must have experience of working with children with SEN or Speech & Language difficulties
• Solid academics: Degree, A Levels, GCSEs are desirable
• Previous experience of working with children (Voluntary or Paid) is advantageous
• Would be great experience for an Aspiring Speech & Language therapist or Aspiring SEN Teacher
• Engaging and upbeat personality
• Passion to work with children
• Confident and reliable
