Supply Desk is excited to partner with a special needs school in Princes Risborough that nurtures a welcoming and inclusive environment for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our mission is to empower students to achieve their fullest potential. Your role will be vital in fostering an engaging and supportive learning atmosphere for these students.The Role/Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate support to children with diverse learning needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and teachers regarding students’ behavioural and emotional needs.
• Deliver tailored assistance for students displaying challenging behaviour.
• Assist in developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
• Encourage creativity and participation in lessons.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
• Supervise pupils before and after school, and during breaks, ensuring adherence to child protection policies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) with a genuine passion for supporting students.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a constructive manner.
• Experience in promoting the social and emotional development of children.
• Enthusiastic and committed to making a positive difference in students’ lives.
• Must be able to commute to Princes Risborough.
• Current valid DBS or willingness to obtain one.
