SEN Teaching Assistant – Radcliffe (M26)Are you driven by a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? Do you have the skills and dedication to inspire and assist young learners? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and inclusive primary school in Radcliffe (M26). This full-time role is available from September 2024 until July 2025.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and thrive in a mainstream environment.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and social development of all students.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and document students’ progress, offering feedback and additional support as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with special educational needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) are desirable but not essential.
