Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants WantedAre you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants in the Rochdale area to join our team. We are looking for individuals with experience in SEN and/or a relevant degree.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored strategies that promote student progress and well-being.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support and small group interventions for students with SEN.
• Assist in planning and delivering differentiated lessons.
• Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.

• Have a genuine passion for working with students with SEN.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
