SEN Teaching Assistants NeededDo you have a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants in Oldham to join our team. We are looking for individuals with experience in SEN and/or a relevant degree.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing crucial support to students with diverse learning needs. You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored strategies that promote student progress and well-being.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with SEN.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of differentiated lessons.
• Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.

• Have a genuine passion for working with students with SEN.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
