Your Role as SEN Teacher:

• Teach students with a range of special educational needs, developing personalized learning plans.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and external agencies to support student progress.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support, ensuring students are fully engaged in lessons.
• Develop students’ social, emotional, and academic skills to ensure they can succeed in mainstream or specialized settings.
• Contribute to the school’s ethos of inclusion and respect for diversity.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified SEN Teacher with a passion for making a difference in the lives of students with additional needs.
• Experience working with students with a variety of SEN needs (or a strong desire to work in this area).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
• An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
