• Responsible for keeping up to date with the safeguarding/health and safety policies
• Actively seek to extend knowledge and skills relevant to supporting autistic learners with a range of learning difficulties
• Ensure personalised approaches to overcoming learning barriers
• Train in and consistently apply Positive Behaviour Support Strategies/Handling Techniques
