Job descriptionSEN Specialist School Teacher Needed – West London (UB10)Position: SEN School Teacher
Class Size: Up to 8 pupils, with 3 Teaching Assistants
Location: West London, UB10
School: Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ SEN School
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract:Temp-to-Perm
Salary: Paid to scaleAbout the Role:
Join a dedicated team at a top-rated SEN school for Secondary-aged students with Autism (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) ages 5-11. This is a great chance for teachers passionate about SEN education to make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver tailored lessons for pupils with autism and other complex needs.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with TAs and support staff to meet pupils developmental needs.
Adapt teaching strategies based on individual progress.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Open to Primary, Secondary, and SEN teachers.
Experience with Autism, PMLD, and severe learning needs.
Compassionate, proactive approach with strong teamwork skills.
