Location: HartleyPay: £90-£110 per dayNeeds: ASD and PMLDContract: Long term (Potential to go permanent)About The RoleThe teaching assistant will be required to work 5 days per week (8:45 – 15:30 and until 4:30 on alternate Tuesdays). You will be responsible for supporting students with complex needs and sometimes expected to work 1:1 with the students.About The SchoolThe school caters for students aged 2-19 years old all with ASD, MLD, SLD and PMLD, usually in a class size anywhere between 4 – 10. The school are looking to take on full time members of staff on a short term contract.You must have– Previous experience supporting students with ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD– Must be Proactive, energetic and a passion for SEND– Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students.– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.All applicants are required to complete a full registration and vetting process before being placed into a school.

Expected salary

£90 – 110 per day
