Join our team!What will you do?En Barceló Hotel Group estamos buscando un/a SEM Assistant para unirse a nuestro equipo de E-Commerce ubicado en Palma.Buscamos una persona analítica, con visión estratégica, amante del
marketing y la publicidad con buena capacidad organizativa.Las tareas de tu día a día irán orientadas a captar tráfico de calidad en la red de búsqueda así como dar visibilidad a diferentes campañas activas en barcelo.com de la mano de nuestro partner SEM.Entre las principales funciones de este perfil se encuentran:

• Interlocución directa con nuestro Partner Estratégico.
• Gestión de campañas específicas y Always On
• Altas de nuevos hoteles.
• Redacción de anuncios efectivos.
• Seguimiento y análisis diario de rendimiento de campañas
• Resolución de posibles incidencias notificadas por diferentes vías como JIRA.
• Análisis y reporting globales de los principales KPI, por mercado y por hotel a través de las diferentes herramientas.
• Cooperación estratégica con otros departamentos como Data, producto y campañas, así como con otros canales de marketing digital.
• Apoyo y seguimiento de proyectos específicos, test y experimentos.
• Monitoreo de competencia e lmpression Search de los hoteles.

What are we looking for?

• Licenciatura/Grado en marketing, ADE, Económicas o Turismo.
• Valorables conocimientos de SEM ( G. Ads, MS. Ads) y analítica web.
• Habilidad para interpretar datos y métricas de rendimiento.✓
• Nivel de inglés Alto.
• Proactividad, compromiso y entusiasmo
