We’re hiring for Seed Quality Testing Lab Specialist

In this role, you will use your expertise and skills to benefit the team, supporting planning and testing activities, the internal quality system and general laboratory business.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

Quality Control

Your Challenge:

• Support the Seed Quality Testing Supervisor and Coordinator in planning activities to meet Testing deadlines and Laboratory Quality Standards
• Participate in all laboratory initiatives and working groups with a continuous improvement mindset
• Maintain and improve the internal quality management system
• Perform training and coaching for seasonal workers and support in their supervision
• Administrative and organizational support
• Participate in maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:

Serve as a team member in the Seed Quality Testing Laboratory group at Corteva Agriscience

Location: SISLAB, Sissa Trecasali (PR) – Italy

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Good technical skills in seed testing and laboratory practices
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work towards objectives
• Excellent work organization both independently and within a team
• Continuous improvement mindset and precision
• Good use of computers systems
• Good understanding and knowledge of English
• Availability to work shifts if necessary
