In its role, it also supports our professional family in entities in maintaining their security posture and respond and coordinate responses to crisis.This is accomplished through seven strategic ambitions:· Strengthen our foundations· Reinforce digital trust· Be resilient by design· Protect people first· Play a leading role in society· Reshape our operating model & governanceThe Strategy and Awareness team is setting up the vision based on research and anticipation & raising security awareness.The Security Strategy and Awareness team oversees:· Security Threat Anticipation & Research: Bring the outside in and the inside out· Security Strategy: Drive security beyond resilience to become a partner in trust· Security Awareness & Behavior: Disseminate and make adopt the security cultureOur missions are to:· Define Security Strategy for AXA, aligned across all entities· Provide AXA Group and its entities with cutting-edge insights and research to support the anticipation of:o emerging threatso key security-related innovationso key regulations impacting security practices and requirementsin Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security& Safety in a converged manner· Drive security awareness and behavior towards all AXA employees· Position AXA externally as a strong security leaderOur goals are to:· Align the security strategy to the business needs and the risks that AXA faces in a fast-moving environment, to reduce the risk exposure· Drive anticipation within AXA and its entities to prepare and strategize the organization’s response· Raise security awareness and change AXA employees’ behaviors across the Group· Monitor security trends and technologies to help prioritize actions and develop a culture of anticipation and innovation· Engage and build external relationships to position AXA as a security leader and bring the outside inPOSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES· Lead and further develop the security strategy based on threat anticipation activitiesAXA Group Security has the mandate to drive and deliver the strategy which also includes the anticipation of both emerging security threats and new development of known threats that may negatively affect AXA’s ability to operate, in the mid-to-long term future. These activities aim to provide professional families in AXA Group and across the entities with context and insights to prepare for possible futures.The position will drive and lead AXA Group Security strategy team activities, including:o Developping the security strategy 2027-2029o new insights, internal but particular external into the strategyo Market watch and providing regular view of the global threat landscape on the mid-to-long term future.o Managing stakeholder engagement at different levels (business stakeholders, external analysts and experts, technology firms, governance bodies, external forums and peers)o Provide insights on emerging threats significant to AXA’s ability to operate, through appropriate deliverables.o Anticipation of emerging threats in the mid-term future to support Chief Security Officers across the group to prepare their entities and management committees.o Insights on incident and crisis potential developments to support crisis management teams and professional familieso High level presentation for Executives to explain upcoming threats, their development and how they may affect AXA’s ability to operate.o make sure to share the findings in newsletters or eventso Interact with the research agents within AXA but also academia such as Schools/Universities· Support the development and delivery of the security strategy of the GroupAs part of the Security Strategy & Awareness team, this role will be fully engaged in the Security Strategy activities, from prioritizing the effort within the running strategic cycle and support the team in its engagement with various committees, senior leaders and business sponsors of the Security Strategy.The role will also be an essential contributor to the development of the next security strategic lifecycle, 2027-2029.· Establish and lead the security research and innovation activitiesAXA needs to anticipate upcoming trends in technology so as to cover for the possible emerging security issues. The anticipation team within Group Security has the mission to monitor security-related emerging innovations that may contribute to strengthen AXA’s security posture and benefit the effectiveness of its security practices.· Lead the security public-affairs activitiesThe Anticipation leads the community of stakeholders and experts who are contributing to the monitoring of the security-related regulatory landscape in the countries where AXA is in operation. While non-exhaustive, the position will lead this community, serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert on upcoming regulatory changes, and share the findings and insights of the community with senior security leadership.· Engage and develop cooperation with business stakeholdersThe anticipation skills and deliverables represent potential opportunities for business stakeholders across AXA. The position will engage with business stakeholder and develop potential cooperation in order to make available to AXA’s customers the insights and outcome developed by AXA Threat Anticipation team.QualificationsPROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIESExperience· Business strategy/Consulting/Finance· Security· Tech and data / data scienceQualificationsEducationü Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT or a related subject.ü An MSc in Information Security would be desirable but is not essential, a PhD is a plus.Certificationü Information Security and /or Information Technology industry certification (CISSP, CISM, GIAC or equivalent) preferredü Member of CIISec or have the qualifications, skills and experience to become a memberOverall work experience in the fieldsü Experience in Security
