For our client ExxonMobil in Brussels we are looking for Security Site Contact.
Position manages security operations and maintenance of facility in accordance with agreed to service levels and costs. Position develops and manages systems and processes to ensure operations and maintenance work is performed in compliance with ExxonMobil corporate expectations and applicable laws and regulations. Determines and implements recommendation security strategy for base building and client requested projects. Position ensures implementation of site goals and ensures day to day compliance. Many of the activities are technical security in nature requiring a good understanding of security processes and structural systems. Position manages security operations and ensures compliance with Global Security requirements as well as regulatory compliance. Assists OIMS system owners with the development and implementation of SHES policies and procedures and technical guidelines in compliance with OIMS and ensures compliance. Position directly reports to QSHE Manager

Overall management of
· Site security action plan with all its associated programs and plans
· Site security administration and reporting
· Site related custom clearance processes and administration
· Contracted physical security service
· Contracted security system service
· First point of contact for Security related Project.
· Reporting to International Facilities advisor when required.
· Management of Team guards on site( compliance of contracted requirements are met and performance of individuals on site are performed)
· Develops security training and development plans for operations staff as indicated
· Develop Security communication to business lines/ site when required.
· Act as an expert for impleentation of Security Recommended Practices on site
· Develops and maintains site security processes based upon Global Security and E&PS security requirements including implementation of base countermeasures, threat escalation requirements, penetration and MPI testing, etc.
· Manages contractual security workforce ensuring efficient operations that are in compliance with CIMS and OIMS requirements.
· Development and implementation of technical solutions to operational problems
· Manages site access controls system, visitor processing and key control processes
· Liaison with Global and regional Security advisor and local QSHE managers ( ETC/E&PS) on site
· Liaison with local Business Lines for Security interfaces
· Participates in Site Security Reviews and Risk Assessments as appropriate
· Performance of individual contractor records
· SRA assessment and gap closure records
· Cost savings/value add initiatives.
Position Dimensions
The scope of a security assistant – site security contact can vary by site due to a variety of factors including: location, physical size, number of person, budget, service offerings, Business Unit size and requirements, etc. Additional factors include whether the facility is ExxonMobil owned or leased and in leased locations whether services are ExxonMobil or landlord managed.

Required Qualifications/Competencies/Experience and skills
· Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
· Supervision and personnel administration
· Knowledge of security and fire/life safety systems and equipment
· Excellent communication skills including the ability to represent ExxonMobil with 3rd parties
· Bachelor degree in safety, law enforcement or security.
· Understanding of IT Systems, specifically access control, and physical security
· Problem solving, decision making
· Ability to grasp new security technology
· Ability to interface with people from different cultures
· Safety, security and controls awareness
