With more than 13,000 employees around the world, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow.MISSIONThis position is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a secure information technology environment for the organization, in addition to involving the creation of robust security structures and systems to protect digital assets, confidential data and ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information, through the creation and monitoring of information security strategies, initiatives, practices and references, which can guarantee compliance with the technical, regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the organization, reducing the risks and possible impacts of cybersecurity on the company’s operations.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES * Develop and implement information security strategies and standards to protect the organization’s critical assets and ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data.

  • Design, implement and maintain the information security architecture, including IT and OT systems, networks, applications and infrastructure.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate information security risks, ensuring effective protection of information assets.
  • Support the organization’s compliance with information security regulations and industry standards by maintaining appropriate documentation and reporting.
  • Constantly evaluate new information security technologies and solutions to keep the organization up to date with information security best practices and trends.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as IT, OT, compliance, legal, risk management and other business areas, to ensure a holistic approach to information security.

REQUIRED PROFILE * ACADEMIC LEVEL:

  • Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Security or related field.
  • REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
  • Substantial experience in information security and security architecture.
  • Previous experience leading and guiding technical teams.
  • Producing and delivering executive presentations.
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
  • In-depth knowledge of security regulations, industry standards and best practices.
  • Certification required – CRISC (Risk and Information Systems Control)
  • Other Certifications in Information Security: such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), ITIL v3 or v4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), COBIT.
  • LANGUAGE:
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • BEHAVIORAL REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES
  • Being proactive, good presentation and communication skills
