You are a security and safety expert with a strong background in risk management, compliance and security standards. You have demonstrated skills in coordinating security operations, managing service contracts and optimizing logistics processes to ensure the protection of employees, assets and facilities. Proactive, you stay up to date with current laws and regulations and create a safe, compliant and secure work environment. You are adaptable and able to lead initiatives that improve safety, efficiency and operational excellence.What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Safeguard employees, property, and facilities by ensuring compliance with current safety standards and regulations. Proactively assess and mitigate risks related to the organization’s activities.
  • Manage Security Operations: Coordinate security activities directly or via service contracts, including building maintenance, site access control, stock management, and preservation of facilities.
  • Oversee Structural Changes: Lead activities related to structural modifications and interior adjustments, ensuring all changes comply with safety policies and operational standards.
  • Policy Compliance and Implementation: Ensure that all activities align with the Group’s security policies and the Operations Department’s guidelines. Coordinate and monitor the execution of security procedures, including the DUERP/PAPRIPACT.
  • Relationship Management with Contractors: Manage relationships with contractors, especially those providing security, maintenance, and safety services.
  • Site and Access Management: Oversee access control for the teleport facility and ensure the implementation of effective security procedures.
  • Propose Improvements: Identify and recommend changes to enhance the quality and safety of services and optimize resource use.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on relevant safety regulations and laws, particularly in security, GDPR, and data protection, working closely with the DPO as necessary.
  • Incident Management: Manage and track security tickets in line with the incident management procedure of the ISMS, ensuring timely response and resolution.
  • Infrastructure & Logistics Oversight:
  • Monitors storage locations, participates in the implementation of solutions to ensure optimal stock management.
  • Monitors and update the database
  • Coordinates activities related to structural modifications to buildings and indoor space developments
  • Monitors all indoor plans of buildings.
  • Shipping and receiving of materials (physical and IT)

What it Takes:

  • Bac pro to bac +2/3 in prevention and safety risk analysis / operational safety management
  • Logistics and safety platform management, Bac +2/3 in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
  • Knowledge of SAP tool desirable
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, and incident management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills, particularly when working with external contractors and internal teams.

Where You’ll Be:Based in our Paris-Rambouillet Teleport, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and regulatory compliant working environment for all staff. This role requires a hands-on presence to manage and coordinate on-site activities, as well as a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams across the organization.The Eutelsat Group treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
