Secondary School TeachersMILK Education are currently working with a Secondary School within the Telford area who are seeking to appoint a Secondary School Teacher to work on a supply basis. The role is to start from October 2024.We are looking for candidates who have previous experience working as a Secondary School Teacher for a minimum of 1 month and have a good educational background. Due to the nature of these roles it is essential that you are flexible and willing to travel throughout the Swansea area.Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond…Secondary Teacher Role & Responsibilities:

• Implement engaging and effective lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum standards.
• Evaluate student progress through various assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing behaviour, promoting respect, and ensuring the safety of all students.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Secondary Teacher Non-negotiables:

• Must have PGCE/QTS/QTLS
• Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
• Must have enhanced DBS or willing to purchase one
