Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Mantenere tutti gli standard relativi alla merce e ai set da pavimento

· Rimanere aggiornati sulla conoscenza del prodotto e sulle storie del marchio UA attraverso la partecipazione attiva a tutte le sessioni di formazione:

essere un “ambasciatore del marchio”.

· Garantire la conformità a tutte le politiche e procedure UA.

· Fornire un feedback tempestivo e costruttivo allo Store Manager e all’Assistente Store Manager in tutti gli aspetti di operazioni di negozio.

· Soddisfare e superare tutti gli obiettivi e le metriche di performance del team e individuali.

· Mostrare un atteggiamento professionale e positivo e possedere eccezionali capacità interpersonali.
