Seasonal Ecologist – Newcastle

We are looking for a Seasonal Ecologist to join our friendly Newcastle team. The post is
available from March 2023 until the end of September 2023. The contract will
be for up to 37 hours per week and will primarily involve daytime and evening survey work with
office based work (such as assisting with data and equipment management, reporting and data
analysis) as required. You will need to live an easily commutable distance to the Newcastle
office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is pro-actively seeking significant survey
experience for their CV. You will work alongside experienced in-house ecologists and training
will be provided to enable you to develop your ecology skills.

What We Are Looking For

You will have:

• Enthusiasm for ecology and the natural environment in the UK
• Some relevant ecological experience
• An organised approach to work, flexibility and a high level of motivation
• A good BSc and / or MSc in a relevant subject
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport
