Key Responsibilities:

* Process and monitor the entire sea import shipping process from start to finish.
* Book shipments with contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
* Prepare documentation for import clearance and arrange necessary deliveries (FCL & LCL cargoes).
* Liaise with customers and consignees, maintaining strong working relationships.
* Coordinate with Customs Authorities and Port Health to complete CHED documents.
* Ensure all invoicing and purchase invoice processing is handled accurately and promptly.
* Provide regular follow-up with customers and consignees to ensure seamless service.
* Work effectively as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines and targets.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for candidates who have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following skills:

* Strong sea import shipping experience with knowledge of customs clearance processes.
* Good understanding of various customs procedures and regulations.
* Expertise in Destin8, CNS, and Multifreight systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with completing CHED and IPAFFS documents.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a self-driven approach.
* Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
