• Continuously improve our agile processes and practices to drive efficiency and innovation
• Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles and practices
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of valuable solutions
• Facilitate agile event such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

To succeed you will have:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and enthusiastic about driving change and continuous improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Located in or willing to relocate to Copenhagen
