We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic and innovative team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for guiding and coaching our development teams to follow Agile/Scrum / Safe methodologies effectively. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Scrum and Safe principles, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Durchführung von Agile/Scrum/SAFe-Zeremonien, einschließlich täglicher Stand-ups, Sprint-Planung, Sprint-Reviews, Retrospektiven und PI-Planung.

• Coaching und Mentoring der Entwicklungsteams hinsichtlich bewährter Agiles/Scrum-Praktiken und Schaffung einer kooperativen und leistungsstarken Umgebung.

• Sicherstellen, dass Teammitglieder die Scrum-Prinzipien und -Rahmenbedingungen verstehen und einhalten.

• Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern zur Priorisierung und Verwaltung des Produkt-Backlogs.

• Beseitigung von Hindernissen und Vermittlung bei Konflikten.

• Verfolgung und Kommunikation des Fortschritts und des Tempos der Teams, um Transparenz für Stakeholder zu gewährleisten.

• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des agilen/Scrum-Prozesses durch regelmäßige Retrospektiven.

• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Scrum Mastern und Agile Coaches, um organisatorische Verbesserungen und die Umsetzung agiler Prinzipien voranzutreiben.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master in einer Softwareentwicklungsumgebung.

• Fundierte Kenntnisse der agilen/Scrum/SAFe-Prinzipien und Frameworks sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Coaching von Teams in agilen Methoden.

• Zertifizierter Scrum Master (CSM) oder äquivalente Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil.

• Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Softwareprojekten mit agilen/Scrum/SAFe-Methoden.

• Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, sich an ändernde Prioritäten und Fristen anzupassen.

• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams und Product Ownern.

• Kenntnis von Software Entwicklungspraktiken, Tools und Technologien.

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachbereich ist wünschenswert.

• Track and communicate team progress and velocity, ensuring transparency and visibility to stakeholders.

• Continuously improve the Agile/Scrum process through regular retrospective sessions.

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to drive organizational improvements and adoption of Agile principles.

What you will do

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe principles and frameworks, with hands-on experience implementing and coaching teams on Agile methodologies.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desired.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.

• Experience working with cross-functional development teams and product owners.

• Familiarity with software development practices, tools, and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
