About our Team

Our Platform squad consists of Software Engineers, SRE’s, Data Engineers, Product Owners. We maintain existing features, add new ones, process and publish content. Our products empower the engineering research for Aviation industry.

About the Role

Take ownership over the development process and ensure continuous improvement of our code. As the Scrum Master you will collaborate with Product Owners and Domain Experts to develop features to our applications. You will have the opportunity to ensure that our products are innovative and future-proof.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating daily stand ups and communication among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.

• Participating in the meeting and capture feedback Sprint reviews.

• Identifying and mitigating project risks by implementing appropriate risk management strategies and contingency plans.

• Working with stakeholders and Delivery team members providing insight, guidance, direction, empathy, and encouragement

• Monitoring project performance and conducting regular status meetings to assess progress and address any deviations from the plan.

  Requirements

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive project success.

• Understand and and empathize with the team’s challenges. Be supportive and motivate team members during difficulties.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.

• Ideally be Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or similar certification.
