Become part of the Integration DepartmentIT Integration is a shared service team with 11 skilled colleagues and a similar number of external consultants working both onshore and offshore.We are responsible for our integration platforms, including event brokers, API management, SAP information suite, and the internal developer portal.We make it easy for the developers in the other IT departments to use our integration platforms and deliver integration solutions in collaboration with different developer teams.The department is made up of three teams: Platform, Delivery, and iPaaS.Our IT Platform and Delivery teams are transitioning from Kanban teams to Scrum teams, and we are working purposefully to optimize this process. This is where you come in.Our teams include solution architects, test automation engineers, developers, and a system manager.We develop and maintain IT solutions essential for our customers, train staff, and DSB administration.Isaac, the Product Owner from the Platform Team says,“I like that DSB is willing to invest time and effort in doing the right long-term thing for our employees and customers. My job and team are very flexible in a productive way, and I love the relaxed atmosphere with my colleagues.”Your daily work as a Scrum MasterYour main task is to ensure that our Scrum teams work efficiently, deliver value, and improve.A typical workday can begin with a stand-up meeting, where the team reviews the status of current tasks and identifies any blockages. You ensure everyone has the necessary resources to complete tasks and remove obstacles.Then you facilitate a sprint planning session, where you define goals and priorities for the upcoming sprint together.After a good lunch with colleagues, you might attend a refinement meeting where the team reviews and details future tasks and user stories.During your work, you
- Perform agile coaching of the team members.
- Ensure optimal work process and continuous improvement.
- Promote collaboration and communication within the team.

- •Experience as a scrum master for a minimum of 3 years.
- •Developer background.
- •Practice with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
- •Good oral and written English skills.
