From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Scrum MasterProject Duration: StableWork mode: Full remote.Location: Madrid.Residence and work permit in Spain are mandatoryJob Responsibilities:As a Scrum Master you’ll be responsible for: – Promoting and supporting Scrum practices by helping everyone to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values – Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values – Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the teamMandatory skills:– Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a team – Knows when to use other agile practices to improve team mindset (Lean, Kanban, XP, etc) – Focussed on the importance of self-learning & improvement – Challenging the status quo securing support from high level management to Agile mindset and practices – Excellent communication and a collaborative team member, fostering self-management on the team but willing to wear the hat of trainer / coach when necessary – Experience of using different prioritisation techniques – Good stakeholder management skills and data-driven approach to decisions – Understands the need for safe to fail environments and helps the team to create and maintain this environment – Passionate about delivering outcomes over outputs – Understand and articulate burn down rates, team velocity, flow metrics, team health checks, forecasting from throughput – Experience with agile development practices such as Behaviour Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and code quality metrics – Knows how to work their way around helping the team with impediments and raising blockers and issues with high level management to address those – Use of tools such as Jira and Confluence – Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – C1NICE TO HAVE SKILLS Technical background is a plus Familiarity with API, microservices, query language, JavaScript industry experience, preferably within mortgages.Grupo DigitalWe are a group of technology companies in different areas: development, systems, automatic engineering, consulting… If you want to start your career in the field of web development and be part of a dynamic team, we look forward to your application!
