In this landscape, the Area Loan Servicing within our Tribe is responsible for all activities carried out after-sales and related to providing services such as changing, managing, or terminating the agreement. You can help us provide the best services to our customers by joining one of our DevOps squads as a Scrum Master.Making a difference
As a Scrum Master, you will work with two squads and communicate in English and Dutch. We believe that Scrum Masters can coach in their squads and areas and, thus, impact the bigger organization. We think our group of Scrum Masters is best placed to work together to develop the area as a whole. This includes solving organizational impediments, challenging priorities and focus, and facilitating area strategy, goals, and KPI setting.With each otherOur squads are a mix of business and IT colleagues, and we create cool stuff together!
