Job description
- Lead the Scrum Team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Helping the Head of the three development teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of the product.
- Control the timing of the process.
- Guide the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- Continuously improve engineering processes and workflows.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coach the team to higher levels of maturity.

- At least 3 years of experencience working as a Scrum master or Project Manager with Agile methodologies.
- Computer Science, Engineering or other valuable degrees.
- A solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as Jira or Confluence, for example.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

- A competitive salary ranging from 40.000 – 45,000€ annual gross.
