Job description

  • Lead the Scrum Team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
  • Helping the Head of the three development teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of the product.
  • Control the timing of the process.
  • Guide the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Continuously improve engineering processes and workflows.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coach the team to higher levels of maturity.

  • At least 3 years of experencience working as a Scrum master or Project Manager with Agile methodologies.
  • Computer Science, Engineering or other valuable degrees.
  • A solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as Jira or Confluence, for example.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

  • A competitive salary ranging from 40.000 – 45,000€ annual gross.
