Building knowledge and expertise on both sides allow the company and the resource to grow together.Your profile – Skills & Experiences (in accordance with your level)Higher Education (Bachelor – Master level),Extended Scrum Master experience in an IT environment,Professional skills – certification is a plus (PSM 2 / SAFe Scrum Master at least),Advanced Communication Skills including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences,Good understanding of the (business) processes and requirements,DevOps knowledge,Successfully supported an organization in a global context with coaching and relationship management,Strong leadership skills and committed in getting the job doneLocationLocal Office: GhentFocus area: West & East FlandersLanguages and mobility
