If so, this job offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and influence our journey towards an agile setup – including shaping the overall direction, selecting tools, and defining solutions and methods. Your mission is to help ABB Denmark make Scrum and agile methodologies the standard way of working across our many engineering projects within automation and control systems. The transition to agile is highly prioritized, and the organization is eager to embrace this new direction. You will serve as Scrum Master and Agile Coach for approximately four engineering teams, each consisting of 6–10 engineers. Since only a few of your engineer colleagues have prior Scrum experience, the majority of your first year will be dedicated to coaching and training. Over time, we hope you will take on the role of part-time Project Manager for a few selected automation projects, providing you with first hand insights into the teams’ challenges and opportunities. You will join our office in Ballerup and collaborate closely with your Scrum Master colleague based at our Middelfart office. Your responsibilities: • Serve as Scrum Master for approximately four teams of 6–10 engineers each. • Act as a daily sparring partner and agile coach for your teams. • In due time become part-time Project Manager for selected automation projects. • Plan, troubleshoot, and share knowledge in close collaboration with your Scrum Master colleague.Qualifications for the role

  • Certified Scrum Master, ideally with SAFe knowledge.
  • Experience working as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience in project management, change experience is a plus.
  • Preferably some experience with agile change management processes or at least an understanding of the challenges related to organizational transformation.
  • Motivation to work with Azure DevOps.
  • Good communication skills in both Danish and English.
