Job description
As SCRUM MASTER will:
- Empower our product development teams to embrace Agile principles
- Coach Product Owner and product teams to increase adaptiveness
- Continuously contribute to refinement of our Agile way of working.
- Enhance Agile Maturity across our organization.
- Facilitate stakeholder interactions within a Tribe, enabling Squads to achieve their mission and deliver on their OKRs.
- Develop and deliver our Agile training program, offering ongoing training
- Instill an Agile mindset throughout the Tribe.
Our requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an SCRUM MASTER
- A background in Agile coaching in a financial services or technology organization in international environment
- Good knowledge of thinking tool such as lean thinking, queueing theory, system thinking, false dychotmies, be agile
- Good knowledge of JIRA.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in providing feedback and coaching.
- Ability to recognize and address coaching and training needs within the organization.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Italian
- Inspires and motivates colleagues to enhance their skills.
- Collaborates effectively with stakeholders across entire organization
