WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUTAs a Scrum Master at JYSK, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating agile practices and ensuring the successful implementation of the Agile@JYSK Framework based on SAFe.You will work closely with multiple agile teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, to foster a culture of continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products.Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Serve as a Scrum Master for one agile team, leading them to achieve their goals, identifying and removing impediments blocking the team’s progress.
- Prepare and facilitate agile team events, ensuring effective flow, continuous improvement, and creating a learning environment with ongoing feedback and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team in agile methods, practices, and principles to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication within and across teams, and assisting in the identification and management of risks, dependencies, and issues impacting delivery.
- Ensure team adherence to agile metrics, using data to drive decision-making.
- Support and collaborate with the Release Train Engineer and Product Owner.

- Has a solid understanding and experience in agile practices, methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Is a strong communicator with stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrates great interpersonal skills, motivating, coaching, and engaging team members enthusiastically.
