Chapter – Agile DeliveryIn the Platform area of Digital Architecture, Data & AI, we lay the groundwork for other product teams to deliver accurate, available, and comprehensive data products that enable actionable insights. Additionally, we create trusted and curated enterprise data products that span the entire business of Vestas. This newly established department is an integral component of Vestas’ innovative Digital Powerhouse. Our mission is to empower customers, partners, and colleagues to seamlessly discover, access, and connect essential information for informed decisions and impactful actions.ResponsibilitiesAs a Scrum Master in the Data Platform area, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in your teams and other Scrum Masters across the area. The main focus will be on tasks related to the development and utilization of our newly established data management platform and the surrounding processes. You will be collaborating with team members located across the globe, mainly in Denmark and the Philippines, and your chapter lead will be located in Aarhus, DK.Your role involves utilizing agile principles to ensure the process from idea to value runs efficiently. This includes collaborating with product owners to manage stakeholders and the product backlog, as well as working with team members to improve their workflow. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Leading teams in improving their performance and delivering value
  • Ensuring efficient collaboration and communication among team members
  • Acting as a coach in agile methodology and facilitating agile ceremonies
  • Supporting the product owner in backlog management and product vision
  • Collaborating with Scrum Masters across the product area to enhance general ways of working

QualificationsWe envision that you possess experience guiding teams in agile delivery and identify with one or more of the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years working as a scrum master, project manager, product owner or similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a product-oriented way with agile principles
  • Expertise in identifying issues and points for improvement within complex settings and working collaboratively with colleagues on addressing these challenges
  • Ability to encourage and lead teams in their ways of working towards providing value to various stakeholders and improving the overall framework for transforming ideas into technical deliveries
  • Enthusiastic about improving teamwork and acting as a skilled facilitator, enhancing communication both within teams and across the area
  • Knowledge and experience in working with data and data management is also preferable
